I remember (back in the day) how this was a visually revolutionizing rig killer with an amazing graphics engine. Compared to the engines of today it seems rather flat and lackluster, but the horror element is what made and still makes this game as great as it was then. With headphones on and lights off those creepy whispers and chilling cries you hear when roaming alone down dimly lit corridors waiting for some gore-craving demon to burst out of an air vent made my hair stand on end.

Doom 3 was one of my favorite games, I was only 10 when I played this game. Scared the piss out of me, and took me two weeks to beat it, but fucking amazing game.

how did you crank out 4.12 ghz with a i7 860 mine had caught on fire and it was liquid cooled and it only was at 3.9GHz
