ok that is so unfair in our gym to be a 7 you must have clear hip 3/4 and a cast hand giant giant layout flyaway! our coach is really strict about that, she thinks if we just did our level 6 rutine with maybe a layout instead of a flyaway we would not be placing.. we would not be competing!

She was coming off an injury and she wanted to do level 6 again, but the gym made her move up to level 7. Each gym is different in what they want.

im am a level 7 gymnast also my friends are level 7 gymnast we were wondering that what gym are you competing from and what state you are from? Also we are from kurt thomas gymnastics.
