@DannyPhantomFan2 My theory is that the difficulty of this race changes depending on when you race him. For example I've seen people beat this guy on their first try without using this trick, but they also raced him BOTH times at once. I on the other hand race him the first time then save the second race for when I've got the move to beat him. I think it might affect his A.I.
