I'm happy with the stove itself & yes it gives off more than enough heat. I think that for the price of the stove (including tax incentives) versus the specifications, it was a great price. Problem is that I can't distribute the heat out of the room it is in (14x20) to other portions of the house. Until I figure out out how to get the air out of this room to more of the house, it is basically a very expensive space heater. I have it running low and my t-stat set to the min # of cycles per hour.

I have this exact same stove-would not recomend it. After 5 years had to replace thermocouple, control box, exaust blower, now fire pot is burned through. No parts in town to fix it, even though the manufacturer is 45 min away and was told by dealer 9 day wait on parts. A call to maufacturer gave no help what so ever. No way would I ever buy one as a primary heat source, and as a back up they leave alot to be desired. All things considered it is more expensive to run than my furnace.

im looking at getting this exact same stove insert. Are you happy with it so fare,dose it give off alot of heat?
