Jesus christ it's the internet, the place where videos of people with mental illnesses would get hate comments. I don't like Ryanair or what they stand for, but I mean that Stephen lad there hit the nail on the head when he said he needs to toughen up a bit.

I bet that lad went home to his wife saying "today I dealt with an idiot customer complaint and poxy RTE got involved"...
