This grip changed my game, and i have only been using it for two days... It is that good !

@hotlot88 well I got his autograph and yes the disc is now put up.

It's a really good grip, when I first tried it out I really saw an almost instant increase in accuracy and snap, where the disc pretty much tears out of your hand instead of releasing it. I'll admit though, I think I may have done something else while testing that out because now I think I'm back to my old inaccuracy and releasing it more than I'm letting it tear out of my hand.

The grip Climo demonstrates is called a 'Fork' grip, sometimes referred to as a 'stack' grip. I use it for putter drives/ups and mid drives/ups and some fairway (smaller rimmed discs). It's uncomfortable for wider rimmed drivers for me.
