But what does he think about having to have a brokerage account to buy the stocks? Is that safe after the MF global debacle? I am not sure that having any money on deposit with a brokerage is safe anymore because you don't know who is clearing your trades like an MF global, and they could be stealing all your money. If futures acounts can be stolen then stock accounts can be stolen too. Can you buy these stocks directly from the company & get the stock certificates mailed to you personally?

@dishesdealer417 great questions. i've been putting research together over the last 4-5 days on this, because I think we should all be considering paper share ownership alternatives. i agree that brokers cannot be offered "blanket trust" like they're been giving the last 20 yrs. they lost that privileged. i'll make a video on this when my work is complete.
