This chap is no mean player. There is great talent in this orchestra. They are so versatile.

Versatile is the word. Bob Embry for example is a relative newcomer to the band, but he's equally great on alto sax as on violin.
Frederick Hodges, the pianist, took two degrees from Oxford, none of them in music, ha-ha. But he tours worldwide and I hope you catch him in Scotland one day,
