I just saw the movie Collapse and I could not move for like an hour after watching it, basically, everything you just said Mike Ruppert says, only he states that the world population since the death of "jesus" until 1880 stayed at roughly 1 billion people, that after steam engine, electricity, and oil the population reached 1 billion every 30 years since, once oil is gone in order to sustain our planet the population count will have to reach 1 billion again, that's from 6.9 billion to 1 billion!

What kind of marketing technique is this? I know about peak oil but I'm also a heterosexual man. I can't concentrate on anything you're saying with the girl on the right dancing like that. The facts that I do hear just kill the mood. How about just dressing nicer and talking about peak oil without dancing?

You don't need to show off your body like that to get people to hear what you have to say. Your face provides a good enough distraction. The fringe really suits you.

As for oil, I'm sure we'd all be fine if we stopped using it for dumb things. If we went back to smaller farming communities, growing stuff in our backyards, living closer to our workplace etc. we could slow down oil usage by RIDICULOUS amounts. We wouldn't even have to sacrifice that much just to get to that point.
