Nice that they joined, but just way too early in their developments. They're a few dacades away from being developed enough for EU. I guess actually being in EU might speed up that process. Croatia is doing a great job and desrves to be in the EU in 2013.

@KeepEuropeWhite , "superior countries" like UK, Holland, France stole from colonies for entire centuries. Also in these "superior countries" there are more muslims and other garbage than gypsies in entire eastern and central europe. So your "superior countries" are basically the biggest thieves and biggest muslim shitholes. Thank God gypsies are fleeing our countries and going to yours. @terrygand Because that is the game of the greedy people behind EU. Since we ( Romania) join, it's the same thing. No jobs ( funny how emigrants got jobs, free schools for them ) , bankruptcy and the prices for properties went to high for our salaries. Their game was from the beginning to own everything. Everything that Romania once owned, is now sold.The laws are voted in Bruxelles. They want cheap workers from outside. Asians come to Romania , Romanians go to UK. It's a big failed circus.

You're talking through your nose. Romania never received more than it contributed. In fact, EU fund consumption stands at a glorious 2% of available funding. So far, Romania paid 90 billion euros and received back around 1 billion. There is no chance that Romania will use the funds till 2013, when the current funding will be lost, so shut the fuck up.

@KeepEuropeWhite I don't agree with you , you don't know anything about EU funding and you compensate your lack of knowledge with an air of superiority . Romania and Bulgaria's admision is beneficial for EU countries because they present almost 30 million new "consumers" of european products , eu receives contributions from these states , etc , think before speaking nonsense .

We were told that the EU will be beneficial to the UK economy! I have ended -up unemployed, there are over 600 new migrants entering the UK every day, I can only ever find any work on "minimum" wage as many of the migrants will work for less than £5 per hour. As usual its Mugs like me who end up with these wonderful EU "Benefits" , when Turkey joins that will be the end of us .How can we compete with people who undercut our wage levels? I know people from the new EU members are good workers .
