Is this the isolated track off the DVD or from an official soundtrack release?

It's from a soundtrack that seems to no longer be available for sale, except "maybe" on Ebay. I traded some music with a Hobbit fan a couple of years ago and sent me the soundtrack.

Thanks gonzillabob, I'm still working on this video and may re-edit again with live-action footage. I saw 'The Hobbit' in 1978 and this song always haunted me.
