  • @NMR32082 Sunflower seeds are not meat or meat byproduct. You have to be careful when it comes to spices what you put on your food. Some spices contain ingredients like MSG that is counter productive. You can eat raw almonds, cashews, walnuts, pecans all kinds of raw nuts. You can eat beans, and certain grains to get your protein. The quickest way I get mine is eating raw almonds daily as snacks. Especially when I feel hungry, I eat the raw almonds or any nut that I have around.
