Porcelain tiles are used outside as well because they are not porous, that's the point!. That's why tile companies don't recommend ceramics because the clay biscuit does take moisture in and can crack due to frost. Any way clean and capture is a fantastic way of cleaning, good results.

This tile is far from porous. It is sealed and cleans very easily. That is why it is coming up so clean so easily. Your porous tiles are usually natural stone cuts which this is not.

@valereydyachuk The tile in this video is definitely not a urethane or a plastic material! This tile is a very porous porcelain tile with a non-slip diamond grid pattern. Very popular in commercial settings as this one! (car dealership) This machine used in the video is very impressive to have cleaned this tile this well in the amount of time spent cleaning! But I'm only speaking from 10 years of experience! So whatever! ;-)
