Installing 77mm wheels on a Travelpro Crew5 rolling 22 inch carry-on bag. These wheels were purchased from http://tafferdog.tripod.com. This bag is the accepted standard for crew members and is universally used by many airlines. The only tool needed is just a phillips head screwdriver. All the screws for replacing the wheels are accessible from outside the bag. The axle that the wheels rotate on is simply pushed out with the screwdriver. Two or three minutes is all it takes to change out a wheel. Remember that the wheels need to be just tight enough to cause the wheels to flash. Tighten them too tight and the wheels will be difficult to roll and the bearings will wear out quickly.

  • I apologize for the inconvience. I am in the process of relocating to the Philippines and my inventory is in transit also. If you are still interested, give me until at least April to get situated and I will check at that time. TDI

  • So I ordered the wheels from Tafferdog on Feb. 18, 2010. No response at all, nor to following e-mail. Tafferdog never claimed the funds. Cancelled on March 17, 2010. I'd like to find another seller!
