This mod is real, this isnt a speed up... undetectable mods really do shoot that fast and that obviously is one. He's got

the controller mod doesnt get detected, it still slows you down if you shoot really fast because you have a really fast trigger finger

This video is now out of date and the programing used in that controller will no longer work in cod5.
Luckily I have found a way around it and I will be uploading a video of it soon.
