this was a really good video!..My co-workers loved my hair, but I got the side eye from my mom and my daughters. It took some time for my husband to get used to it, but he never tripped about it and even gave me compliments..I'm newly natural its only been a month, but I'm loving it...

AMEN!! I LOVE your videos!! You always look so chic...and you have spoken a mouthful...in the end, it is ALL about loving yourself...and taking care of yourself. I don't care what anyone says, I LOVE my natural hair...one month since the big chop and I am NEVER touching the creamy crack again!

Everyone is a critic. I think going natural you have to have a very high self esteem and be confident because unfortunately there are a LOT of people who will be negative towards someone who's going/is natural. Natural hair is beautiful. This person should try to surround themselves with at least "natural-minded" people. God didn't make any mistake when he made us. We are beautiful and just need to embrace that beauty more.

You have no idea how bad I needed to hear what you spoke about. It has been two weeks since my big chop and I have never in my life experienced the negative comments like I have been getting. I think SOME people have formed this way of thinking that states that you have to have your hair relaxed in order to look good and that is sad.
