Indias RAW intelligence agency are openly funding the Balochi separatists in Iran and Pakistan. Its proven with many consulates being opened in Afghanistan which borders both nations. Iran needs to understand that its own minorities hold grievances towards their government. Rather then blaming its neighbours it needs to understand the condition of its minorities.
