Jimi Hendrix Wah Pedal Demo and Review (JH-1b)

My Summary: 4/5
This a fantastic wah, it's very smooth and bassy. It's not the most Hendrixy to tell you the truth; it doesn't have the quack necessary. The only Hendrix sounds it nails are the ones like "Rainy Day Dream Away" and "Burning of the Midnight Lamp." While a crybaby or a vox would be better for Hendrix, this pedal still sounds great and is, in my opinion, the best wah out there for the money.

I recommend it, but it's a little on the expensive side.

Very cool video and review, man. I like your playing a lot. I've seen this wah like yours, the JH-1B w/the chrome, THEN I've seen the all black JH-1D that also has the same Hendrix signature on the front. Do you know which came out first, do they sound different, is one fatter than the other, etc? I really like the sound of yours and just wondered if the all black JH-1D sounded similar and/or better? If you wouldn't mind, please respond when you get a chance, as I'm looking to buy. Thanks.

Man this is a class review of this wah wah pedal. Good riffs, you have a good feel with the pedal which is important. Very hard to find a good wah pedal review great work man! :) and let me guess you just have your camera filming your feet cause you don't want anyone looking at you doing crazy face looks while using it ? xD

Great demo. Can't Stop sounds great . Do you have the strat in the fourth position switch? With Compressor and some delay from the amp right ? Its a nice full sound.
