I would say that the group of hasidim you describe are in the minority.. Most hasidim are very poor. Many live on wealfare. Satmar town Kiryas Joel is the poorest community in the US becuse they have very many children and alot of them are unemployed.

Those you call "Founding Fathers" were the first tax evaders in the history of this land. Creating a new country namely United States of America was primarily not to pay taxes to the ruling British but from then on pay taxes to Washington (coincidentally the name of the guy who made up the whole thing).

Most of these people are very successful business, who pay their taxes, live modestly and use their money to help those who have less then they do !! While their beliefs keep them "separate" from the outside world, they function quite well within regarding business, politics and acting in an honorable fashion with all who are not like them

actually i know that they or you dont pay taxes here in the U.S, I'm not exactly sure how they find this little loop hole in the system, i think they claim their house as temples to avoid tax lol, the US is all about freedom of religion but to not pay taxes like everyone else makes you a blood sucking leech, and who suffers because of their scumbag scheme? The tax payers of course. Anyone that does not pay taxes and is financially able to, should not be an american citizen, ship them out
