@flakemoe - Whenever there is a flyby, it's because they are on/or coming back from a training mission. There are several bases that are much closer to Charlotte than where these F-22's are based and could easily get those aircraft. It's not like they say "lets get 3 F-22's to fly to Charlotte for 20 seconds, and then fly back".....it doesn't happen that way. These pilots are required a certain number of hours of flight yearly.
