I live in Tierra del Fuego, way south of you and I also use a push broom to stripe my lawn. It´s kind of funny seeing that some people say that your pictures are fake. Congratulations for such fantastic grass.

@timflimb i use a brush for my lawn as i have no roller on my mower. just go over it a few times and it beams to the moon. your lawn looks great, nice straight stripes.

Yeah its fake,udont need rollers to stripe ,i can do it on myhome depot john deer no problem,of course not that dark.

@ranger220022 You don't need rollers to stripe is exactly my point. I used a pushbroom to stripe. Just keep using whatever you have to bend it down. Track over it again and bend it more until the grass nearly lays flat. The only reason it is this dark is because the grass is nearly five inches tall and I broomed over the lines about three times. Just go outside and start bending your grass down with a broom ~ trust me you'll see what I mean.

how did you pattern it and did you fertilize and weed and feed??

@kebertxela41 The pattern is the result of bending the grass blades down, and that was achieved with a push broom. And yes this yard had a lot of fertilizer, and I also used a small amount of weed killer. I prefer to remove all weeds by hand, to get the roots and all. It is more healthy with less weed killer involved.
