I feel for you man. I've had IC since I was 18 and I experience pain with it when I have a flare up. I found out two days ago that I have it...I am scared that the Elmiron treatment will not help since I have allergies to many medications whose side effects include nausea and upset stomach. I am now 21 years old and female and I play a sport, which makes college life extremely difficult to enjoy sometimes. Although, sometimes, there are days when I have no IC symptoms at all. Hang in there!

I know men have IC too and it's nice to see a man doing a video on it. I am truly sorry you have to go through this. My heart breaks for everyone who has this.
I have had IC for over ten years now, started when I was 19.

@awill334 I have it since 2002 and yes it sucks. Like i said in the video I really don't have any real pain with it. I know some people do. Do you experiences pain with it.
