I am 330 pounds now and will have my surgery the 12th of july...so happy to see how you progressed. When you are my size or up..sometimes its hard to grasp that after the surgery and the hard work after i will get to that as well. So thank you so much..and enjoy your progress

well I'm still working on it i don't know if it really help or not but green tea and i also took flex oil seed/fish oil complex well i hope that helps. well ill post how big my belly really is in the next video well take care.
