How to unlock:
Green, Red, Blue, Orange Knights: Default
Gray Knight: Defeat the Barbarian Boss
Barbarian: Complete the King's Area solo
Thief: Complete the Thieves' Area solo
Fencer: Beat the game with the Industrialist
Killer Beekeeper: Beat the game with the Barbarian
Industrialist: Beat the game with the Blue Knight
Alien: Unlock one achievement in Alien Hominid HD
King: King Pack DLC
Brute: Beat the game with the Iceskimo
Snakey: Beat the game with the Thief
Saracen: Beat the game with the Royal Guard
Royal Guard: Beat the game with the Green Knight
Stove Face: Beat the game with the Gray Knight
Peasant: Complete the Peasant Arena solo
Bear: Beat the game with the Skeleton
Necromancer: Necromantic Pack DLC
Conehead: Beat the Volcano Arena
Civilian: Beat the game with the Peasant
Open Faced Gray Knight: King Pack DLC
Fire Demon: Beat the game with the Orange Knight
Skeleton: Beat the game with the Red Knight
Iceskimo: Complete the Icy Arena solo
