If you're going to try and educate people on how to squat properly, at least do it correctly so you are not responsible for injuring others.
1. Your knees go too far past your toes
2. You don't lock your body in properly before you begin the movement
3. You drop down like it's cool and slowly get back up where it should be the opposite. You should go down controlled and steady, but not slow, then do an explosive move up while maintaining balance.
4. Don't do the bounce. Bad for your spine

find a good olympic lifting coach.this is how TOM PLATZ learned.need proof?look him up on you tube.2 inches below parallel.try olympic front squats as well with a 2x4 under the heels.a great trick i learned from the great JOHN DAVIS-gold medalist.good luck and have fun thats the true key.

This guys form is bad. Anyone learning to squat should not pay attention to this. Like others have said, his knees go WAY past his toes. You never want your knees going past.

Glad this was of some help. The guy who was doing the squats is about 5'10", 192lbs. As for how much he squats I'm not sure. I've seen him easily do reps with 225 but as mentioned in the vid he likes like do lighter weight to focus on form,
