Sorry about the quality, I don't think FRAPS (the recording software) can handle these types of fast-paced graphically intense games. If you want to see this map in all it's rightful glory, then grab yourself a copy of the UT2D mod, from the date this video is posted, it is currently at version 2.0, then also get yourself the Brinstar Map.
