    flour = made from wheat and grinded from grain into pizza dough come on?

  • THIS IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! One slice of pizza is not good at all! And you can eat wayyyyyy more than 12 almonds and with fruits and vegetables you can eat as much as you wantt! Especially vegetables! but processed foods are not any good for the body. They just take up space.
