  • hi blake, you run so much but you keep the muscle. How do you do that? i thought running will make you lose muscle?

  • It can but if you eat right you'll be fine.

  • got any tips on how to work on them?

  • all you need to know is in a video i made call 6 pack abs now watch it and mimic the movement. start with 3 sets of max reps then next time 4 sets till failure, and keeping going up until you get results.
