Combat Sanshou - Part Two: Kicking

by Wim Demeere

In Part Two master martial scientist Wim Demeer teaches Combat Sanshou's brutal kicking and sweeping techniques. In addition to showing the basics such as front, side and roundhouse kicks, he also teaches knee strikes that won't make you compromise your base and balance, proper stomping techniques and how to defend yourself against kicks that can go as low as the ankle or as high as the face. Finally, he demonstrates several leg sweeps that you can use to send your opponent to the ground and put him at your mercy.

  • Nice range of techniques
