One of our youth athlete development groups (ages 11-13) working on technique for the hang snatch with our 5kg bar on the hang snatch. We have worked with broomsticks for 6 weeks before moving on to a bar. These kids are quick learners and eager to learn!

A great lift to teach full body strength, coordination, timing, flexibility, speed, strength, and power!
