@RandomSqueaks I'm pretty sure the difference between ASL and ESL is ASL is its own language it has it's own sentence structure and order words go in i believe "it's time, place,action,subject" (ex if you say i want ice cream now in ASL it will be signed Now icecream i want) but ESL is just word from word english so I want ice cream now will be signed the exact way you say it :) hope i helped

How different is ASL from what you're teaching? Do most people that sign know how to carry a conversation in both ESL and ASL?
