How to make "Fried" Ice Cream the Pinoy way

I was really amazed at how cool this was so I decided to record it for Americans who will probably never see this method. It isn't actually fried (as the stand advertises) but it is flash frozen on a supercooled metal pan.

first video that actually put quotation marks on fried. e.g. "Fried" it gave me the right assumption since it kinda looks like our lumpiang shanghai but prepared like the wrap for crepes w/c is odd because you don't fry that either. XD any-who well done! great video!
