1: Matthew street runs every year, nothing to do with capital of culture

2: hub runs every year and has nothing to do with capital of culture

3: HUB is not a good thing, if you stopped carrying them boards round and started using them you would realise that the council has made it illegal to skate in the city.

Then HUB comes along an the council say look what we've done, we support extreme sports, whilst still refusing to build a free public skatepark.
