The video is made by a group of animators or a single animator, I really don't know that but as you will all see their name is in the right top corner all the time. After all this disclaiming stuff I can tell you that this is a clip of the battle between Ichigo and Ulquiorra. Ichigo has just turned into his 2nd hollowfication form for the first time and is now fighting against Uliquiorra in his 2nd released form. Uliquirra is the only Espada to have a 2nd relased form as mentioned in the manga. This is a chapter from the manga, a very interesting one. Everything starts from Lust, that's the start of their fight.
