You can go into a bar with your gun and cigs. If you light up or draw your gun and start shooting you're violating the law. Figure it out. Carrying a gun or cigs into the bar violates no persons enjoyment or right to be there. Start shooting or smoking those nasty cigs then you violate others rights. How hard is that to understand?

well, I fully support my rights to carry a gun in a bar, but, I think that smokers should be able to smoke wherever they want: down south we can smoke in bars

Mostly because carrying that gun is a protected right. I doubt the founders thought to protect there pipes and cigars, I mean who the hell would ever think to take THAT away? But if they knew what would happen later I bet there would have been a amendment for that too.

How about this? I am a beer connisour (Over 730 beers so far), I smoke AND have a carry permit. Who have I killed? No one! I am responsible enough to know beer and guns don't mix. I have no problem with smoking in a bar in Tennessee and don't mind smoking areas. What I HATE is that I cannot smoke in ANY resteraunt and many bars at all. Land of the free? BULLSHIT!

Needless to say, I find that freaking ridiculous! Yeah, guns and alcohol. Good combo. Yup. We need more guns - some drunken teenager shot at someone on my street last week and no one shot back. Now if we'd all been liquored up and armed, it coulda really been fun, eh? Sheesh. Don't smoke it could hurt you, but why not go carrying a gun around a bunch of other drunken armed ijiots?
