Stakeholder Engagement Presentation

This short presentation describes Optimice's (www.optimice.com.au) unique approach to Stakeholder Engagement. We believe our differentiators are:
1. We address the whole stakeholder influence network for which we have tools to visualise the complex interconnections
2. We have on-line survey tools to maximise the breadth of input and have analytical tools drawn from social network analysis to help prioritise stakeholders
3. We have an active negotiation process based on value network analysis to help articulate equitable value exchanges required to achieve sustainable engagement
4. We have a peer to peer partnership scorecard for improving on and monitoring stakeholder engagements
