@mariusww1 Yeah, he should be. But unfortunately in modern Catholic Church the traditionalists are treated often like a sect. In 1988 he was excluded from the Church by John Paul II (who was BTW once calling for establishing of the One World Government - nothing suspicious in that) for disobedience. In 2009 Benedict XVI has decided to cancel the excommunication.
