I don't like the way the new Freddy looks, it was better in the classics, the Freddy in Freddy vs Jason, Freddy was much more scary...this one just looks weird

Englund spoke slowly sometimes as Freddy too, getting the voice pitch down low before raising it and making him seem more crazy.

i agree with you about the slasher films, but they are a throwback to the 80's! everything now is about gore and japanese remakes. I mean, come on, we are on saw 6 now! I agree with H2, that was a big steamer... although it will be nice to see a girl be a killer for once!

very true. the origional kruger face was like a pizza face, this one is a more true to life burn victim face... which makes it scarier to me.
So, is he going to be killing kids now because their parents killed him and he was innocent?
also, is he "slow" his voice has a weird accent and pacing to it. Like when he says he didn't do anything. and then later when he is talking about it not hurting, it sounded southern.

It'll be awesome, but I don't really dig Freddy's new voice. His original voice was one of the most iconic things about him.
