Judges, not all songs start off with a PAZZAZZABOOMBANG - example: this song.

Slow intros with simple melodies and harmonies does not equal simple minded and skilled playing.

@Jugler4 Yeah, I understand what you're saying there - like, I myself would never audition a slow-moving piece without something to 'wow' the judges constantly, so I was also wondering why she would choose it, albeit the possibility that she must have chosen it for a good reason. Still, I've learned to appreciate music, and despite the need for time, I still feel that she still should have been given the chance to finish.

I don't think they know how a piano piece works... First off, that intro wasn't bad at all. And then she starts over when Simon buzzed her as I'm sure she wasn't expecting it. She didn't get out of a bar, yet they end her performance? You can't judge that as being one of the worst auditions, that's like cutting a magician's performance after hearing the name of the trick.
