16 year old girl executed for "acts incompatible with chastity"

On Au­gust 15th, 2004 a 16-​year-​old girl was hanged in a pub­lic square in Ne­ka, Iran. Her death sen­tence was for "acts in­com­pat­i­ble with ... all » chasti­ty". Her name was Ate­fah Ra­jabi Sa­haaleh. The on­ly ev­i­dence against Ate­fah was her own forced con­fes­sion. Ate­fah railed against her judge in court for its un­fair­ness, but this was her un­do­ing. Judge Ha­ji Rezai, who was al­so the lo­cal mul­lah, pros­e­cu­tor and head of the city ad­min­is­tra­tion, per­son­al­ly ob­tained per­mis­sion from Iran's Supreme Court to ex­e­cute her, and put the noose around her neck him­self be­fore she was hoist­ed on a crane jib arm to her death. Ate­feh lost her moth­er in a car ac­ci­dent. Her fa­ther was a drug ad­dict. At the age of 13, a 51 year old for­mer gov­ern­ment agent start­ed mo­lest­ing her. On the night of her wed­ding to a boy who loved her, she was tak­en by the au­thor­ites and soon af­ter ex­e­cut­ed with­out knowl­edge of her fam­i­ly. @mafiaafg Also her offender was suppose to receive 100 lashings but some how never got them as Atefeh was put to death. Being as she was under the age of 18 she should have gotten 80 lashings and than freed, but you apparently dont look shit up before opening your mouth on such sore subjects.

@mafiaafg I personally have looked up this case,and it is TRUE! Atefeh was 16 years old when she was charged with 4 acts incompatible with chastity, one of those acts was commited in the court room when Atefeh took off her vale and the judge called it "dis robing". It is almost impossible for a man to get prosecuted in Islam if he does not admit to the crime or witness do not come forth. I strongly suggest you watch the 5 videos that go over this entire case. The U.N. does not care about children's rights or anyone's rights for that matter! The problem isn't going to be ending the execution of children, the root of the problem is that she was executed for being molested. The petition should be against the molestation of children by members of the government or any adult, and then bringing the proper punishment to the abuser/predator. A child shouldn't be punished for molestation.
