Amazing European Views - London

A great new video comprised of all of my best shots as a budding photographer from the 5 days we spent in England on our two-week Europe tour. I took approximately 800 pictures, but this contains some of everything (35 photos overall). Filled with interesting titles, captions, and transition, I think I did a good job on this. Took about 8 hours overall :o

Back story: My dad, Staff Sergeant Timothy Hanke, has been deployed in Kosovo (part of the old Yugoslavia) for the past 15 months. The last two weeks of this past August, he got two weeks leave and met us at the London airport (we flew from Boston). We spent 5 days in London, took a train to Paris, spent about 3-4 days in Paris, rented a car and drove through the French countryside, took another train and spent 2 days in Barcelona. Overall, it was pretty cool.

Well done, Ben! I really enjoyed your show. Just one point: The bridge you called London Bridge is actually Tower Bridge! The real London Bridge, opened in 1831, was taken down in 1968 and was sold to an American. It was rebuilt at Lake Havasu City, Arizona in 1971. There is a story that he made the same mistake as you - he thought he was buying Tower Bridge!

UPDATE: It is now 1am on Monday morning and I narrowed my possible 500 France pics down to around 80. That includes editing every single one, adding tints and better coloring, cropping, etc.

Expect the France video out within the next couple days.

I've always wanted to go to London and this video really gave me a taste for what London might be like! I particularly liked the Merchant of Venice and the Mime show shots Also interesting to me were some of the architecture of the city, particularly the bridges. You have a good eye with the camera. Thank you for sharing your travel experiences. Where did you learn to post UTube videos?
