hi folks this is just a basic way to work up to doing the standing ab wheel this was my way of working up to it have fun and work within your limits Train hard train safe

  • Yeah, I'm the same way, but it feels like the weak link is in my arms/shoulders/back, not my actually abs.

  • Try 2 or more pillows, it's strange if that doesn't help.
