Yeah, I'm the same way, but it feels like the weak link is in my arms/shoulders/back, not my actually abs.

Try 2 or more pillows, it's strange if that doesn't help.

5 stars !!!!! excellent vid..very informative.. I can do 100 on my knees but I can't do one standing and i could never figure out why or how to build up to it... never to old to learn.

Good tutorial, the idea to move your further legs back after you have pushed up to the wall was something I never thought of. Thanks for the tutorial.

It seemed like a good tutorial but I had trouble understanding your thick accent, maybe next time you could use sub-titles as an assistant?

just follow the actions yeah im irish my accent is irish but its cool cant use subtitles im speaking english
