This is for the Jermaine Jackson Haters out there, Michael ( whom i LOVE and miss) made music that brought out the kid in all of us, pure magic, genius, but Mr. Jermaine Jacksons was for the romantics at heart ( The Ladies Especially). He ran Motown Records in the late seventies and early eighties, then went to Arista Records, and produced, wrote songs, and also sung duet, on Whitney Houston's first album. Not to forget, he's one of the most influential bassist of that generation.

this is one of my favorite jermaine jackson songs from the 80s, but boy what a dumb video! looks like they got a hotel hall and two rooms for half a day and that was it.

You may find that it is worth the time to take a look and listen at the song lists that have been posted to Itunes Ping that meld together rhythmically & stylistically compatible early/mid 80s R&B/funk songs and early/mid 80s synth pop/new wave songs. Lots of music that was either forgotten or not ever learned of but was very enjoyable or would be very enjoyable if it was rediscovered or discovered for the 1st time by people that enjoy this type of music. new tunes that totally deserved the time it took to discover them.
In Itunes Store or Itunes Ping if you use the search terms "electrofunk" (as a single word) or "80s funk" the search result shall produce several lists that have "electrofunk" or "80s funk" in the playlist name in the "Playlist" category at the low left corner of the search result.
