Michael Krivka, RKC and Training Director at CrossFit Koncepts in Gaithersburg, MD, explains how to safely and effectively perform the bodyweight Sprawl. The Sprawl is similar to the Burpee but requires much more flexibility and mobility in the hips and back.
That's not a proper sprawl. Your feet should move back before your hands touch the ground. With your method, you come down on your hands first before kicking your feet back. That's not an effective sprawl against someone shooting for a take down in wrestling or jiu-jitsu. I'll give you credit for making a video though.
