  • Pro-active planning and making difficult choices in the state budget sets Texas apart from california and new york...Texas Democrats wanted to RAISE TAXES TO MEET BUDGET needs...Republicans said no...

  • Thank you Governor Perry. You have my vote too. Keep visiting those businesses in california and bringing em over. I am sure there are some big one's in new york that could be courted to come to Texas too. Yall come on down.

    More businesses=More jobs

    More jobs=More people

More people=more home, schools, stores building etc.

    More building=More jobs...

More revenue for the state and more stability for it's citizens. Now if we could just tackle illegals...

  • This is actually a pretty neat idea for a campaign ad. Although it wasn't needed for him to get my vote :P.

  • Rick Perry, the fact that Texas has any semblance of an economy left unlike California has to do with the people of this great state being less irresponsible then the rest of the country. but we are still irresponsible with our spending; thinking that if there isn't a surplus we can always take a loan. deficit spending is the mentality that will crush most states lets not have it happen here too.
