also, the missing rectangular piece has a white underside which suggests to your brain that the other four pieces are white, therefore irreversible. ha! interesting.

The number 4 piece used to be on the lower left. When he puts it back, it goes to the lower right. The shapes, when put in a different sequence creates a hole in the center.
