@CRazyAlex891 -I'm originally from New York but haven't visited in a while. But in certain parts of the Bronx and Brooklyn......they don't play! Just my opinion, it's up to you but not worth the risk. New York is famous for being a lawsuit happy city. Now, imagine scaring an elderly person or someone with a weak heart. They collapse, but someone gets your license plate #. The victim later is paralyzed or dies. The cops are going to hunt down the person attached to that license plate.

@CRazyAlex891 - Well, just a caution. Especially in Florida in the Tampa Bay and Miami area a lot of people lose their cool easily and unfortunately a number of them pack heat and whip it out without even thinking. The calm, laid back days are history.
