No. Thats incorrect. According to Breitkopf and Hartel, Mozart had left sketches of the voice parts and bass line(continuo) to the first part of the Domine Jesu. He didn't finish the Domine Jesu but he didn't finish the Lacrimosa either.....But he began both of them.
