    no kidding, i've got one in my kitchen. I use it for vinaigrette all the time. My friends love it!

  • it is no gas... its ultrasonic........ but the scientist dont really know how it works.. or they dont want to

  • the tip of the probe is vibrating. Little ampplituce but high frequncy. This causes cavitation. That's what generates shear and makes the emulsion. No colloid mill needed anymore.

  • how do they make emulsion witout mechanical work with colloid mill, or something...

    seem like that gas does all the job!
