I'm far from rich, but I still don't want to pay the medical expenses of others. There is a hefty price to pay for the average American being very over weight, and I refuse to be the one to pay for their poor lifestyle choices.

Go Hillary use the heavy hand of government to take by force and give to insurance companies. 30% gets wasted by insurance comp, with no competition prices will rise. Drop income, SS and FICA taxes you will have plenty for retirement and medical expense. With plenty left over to purchase insurance and for your kids education.
